Try Performance straps by Hirsch

I have had similar issues and I now use on various watches a Hirsch performance strap like the “Paul” or “Ian” model as they do smart leather and gator straps but which are waterproof totally and have a rubber back that is well designed to avoid sweat etc.
I have a hyperallergenic on my Annual Calendar which is a PP strap (they tend to be Camille Fournet and are nice) but the Hirsch performance straps are the best to avoid rashes and wear a smart leather strap.
