Same trouble

Well, I had the same problem with my Patek 5053 aligator band. I also wrote about this in April.
Try to loosen the band by one hole.This will reduce the sweating under the band. However, the watch is turning around my wrist, hey, but there are no rashes anymore.
This solved the problem in my case.
