Help with reference - “new” vintage VC
Apr 15, 2024,17:19 PM
Hello again,
I shared a similar image last week. This is a vintage piece in white gold. I plan to bring it to the NYC boutique next few weeks to order an abstract from the archives and will share more info on the reference and date of production when I have those details.
I assume this is from the 70’s but have no details. The cushion case shape shares DNA from other references I’ve seen such as 7391. As far as I know VC stopped using the ampersand in the 1970’s. The “Swiss” designation at 6 o’clock is flanked by the signa character.
Thanks for looking. If anyone has feedback regarding the reference, please feel free to share. Additionally the dial itself seems to be quite unique (haven’t seen anywhere) . . . And the clasp looks like it’s been media blasted.
